I've met him a few times through a mutual friend and he is a pretty nice guy.

He is from Sydney and is an Aussie fighting for our country so yeah I will support him, He has done some **** in the past which im sure he isn't proud of, but **** me, who hasn't?

 

Dib and Billy H are great guys. There have been indescretions in the past, but many people have ****ed up.

When you speak to Dib he is a really respectful young guy, be represents Australia and people should get behind him.

The kid is a nice bloke has done wrong things in the past but like you said who hasnt?. From Aus From Sydney and a world champ. He has my support. So sick of Aussies whinging and putting down our world champs. They dont get there for being pussys they are there because they worked hard and have faught in the ring against opponents that the likes of us would get our asses handed to. Come on Dib's and Geale.

 

Anyone in the public eye will be crucified for doing stuff that those not in the public eye have done.

Dib's problem is that he has repeatedly behaved badly in some of his fights.

I think he still has a little way to go to redeem himself and it remains to be seen if he will.

What is the best way to tell if someone has learnt from an experience?
They put their head down, apologise and most importantly, don't ever do it again.
From what I have seen from Did is that there has never been an apology, and he has continued on with this kind of crap many times, not just once or twice.

There is nothing "Australian" about supporting people blindly, when they behave like pieces of shite, in fact I think we all have a responsibility to let people know that, hey we will support you, if you conduct yourself well.

Geale is the best example I can think of here, the guy is an absolute champ, very popular amongst boxing fans and the public as he conducts all business like a true professional inside and outside of the ring.
Putting him and Dib in the same boat is an insult to Geale.

I support all Aussie boxers if they behave like decent humans, but will never conveniently support someone because they are popular/successful and turn a blind eye to their stupidity.

Seriously, can people stop using the line "I have met him in person and he was great/nice/respectful "and so on.
I am yet to meet someone (and I have met many piece of crap criminals, who have done all kinds of horrible stuff) Yep, all of these were nice to some people, however it is best to judge someone on how they act towards people they don't get any benefit from behaving decently to.

 

Likewise m8 but imo he is no diffrent than a Nader Hamdan, its all an act for the public but privately he is a grub karnt ******* just like Hamdan. If you act like a thug in a fight, have all your thug mates with you, its resonable to say that if you associated with these people and like these people that you are somewhat similar to these people and imho Billy Dibb is like a thug, the same as we seen Nader Hamdans true colours on the contender we have seen Billy Dibs, i dont think a zebra can change its stripes Whipper. As for Billy Hussein, what he does is a disgrace to boxing but he calls it bussiness, im talking about fixed fights, betting farces and miss matched bouts, just look at some of the guys records he has taken to AUS titles, fighting DUD after DUD after DUD then fighting for an AUS title against, you guessed it, another farkn DUD.

He also has no control over his corner, we have seen riots involving his people, this is a sign of a weak person, they dont respect him enough to listen to him and or not do that sht at all. Cant give much respect to people for doing this, nor can i for cheating the system and fighting bum after bum padding a blokes record so he can tell his mates he had 10 wins and then won a AUS Title. Its shamefull, as Hintch would say, SHAME SHAME, WE KNOW YOUR NAME.

Lets not also forget he was found to have part-taken in a scam fight involving Paul Briggs and Danny Green. Most black eyes that AUS boxing has recieved has involved Billy Hussein.

Both of them are grubs, the sooner they are exposed the better.
