If Floyd looses he will become emotionally distraught and it very well may be the case with Floyd already looking past Cotto with an agreement to fight Canelo !!!

 

If he loses, and this goes for anyone he fights, he will retire.

 

there are quite a few possible outcomes here
1) there will be an immediate rematch that may possibly make even more money, which i'm sure floyd would love
2) cotto decides to avenge his loss to pacman. however, this is unlikely b/c pac is afraid to fight cotto up at 154
3) cotto fights alvarez or martinez

i would definitely say there would be a rematch depending on the nature of the victory
