    Why do you feel the need to bring up Williams all the time..what does this thread has to do with him.

    Why would Arum offer Mayweather a contract when Mayweather's the one with all the leverage? If he did offer a contract, it would have just been posturing anyway.

    It goes to show that since no contract was offered..no dollar amount was named means that Arum is milking his cash cow in Cotto against the likes of Gomez and Mayorga so he can make all he can before Floyd completly tears him apart.
