I sure wish Stevie would upset DLH. Then, Mayweather might have to consider fighting someone competitive instead of a rematch with Oscar for the Bossa Nova championship.

How quickly we forget Felix Sturm. Even if Forbes pulls off the upset, he won't get the nod.

I'll be pulling for Steve but he's just to small to compete with Oscar.

I hope Steve wins to cancel the May/DLH II bout . but the only way that happens is for Forbes to KO DLH, and despite DLH's age, he still has a strong beard

Forbes would have to KO Oscar, and even then I think DLH would get the decision.

Correction: only the excitable ESB buffoons consider Paul a hype job. Some of us wouldn't count him out yet, he's just a young fighter, has no amateur experience at all, and there is a good chance that he had a one-off bad night against Quintana.

Good correction. I can take the constructive criticism, but good point. PW should be back. Doesn't he have a rematch clause?? or rematch pending? We will see how he bounces back.

Why do you think he picked a guy with such a small knockout percentage? Forbes has no chance, even if he outboxed Oscar, which he can't, it would go oscar's way. I was really hoping for a more credible tune-up.

Forbes is a good, skilled fighter - but doesn't stand a hope in hell here.

If he wanted a low KO rate... Look no further than 140 lb 'magic man' (not tarver) he couldnt knock me out while i'm sleep. But i think DLH wanted a respectable opponent with a little marketablity.

Wasn't Forbes brought in as a sparring partner when Hoya was preparing for Floyd?

Oscar should have enough to beat Steve, but i think Steve deserves the fight. He was ripped off against Demetrious Hopkins..

Style would frustrate DLH, but he wouldn't get knocked out or even have the potential to get knocked out. Then it would be a matter of outboxing Mali. With some work to the body mali would slow down considerably.
