Arum: We're looking at Vazquez Jr or Billy Dib as JML's next fight

According to Primerahora, they are looking at Billy Dib or Vazquez Jr for Juanma's next fight. He also said that TR has Juanma's back, that he is not done, and is a matter of going back to drawing board as all fighters lose at one point.

Vazquez jr was the guy who gave Donaire fits, I dont think thats a smart return fight

he should take a soft touch to gain confidence a light puncher with a low KO ratio who will stand there to be hit

he just got clobbered twice and needs to get a W, three defeats in a row would be derailing

JML JR is a good fight.. make it in PR winner gets title shot or whatever against DIB..

Juanma just met his match in Salido, a tough chinned hard hitting relentless experienced vet who has been at 126 forever unlike Juanma who moved up to the weight, maybe Juanma is ok as a fighter but ran into something he cant beat

Or Juanma has a **** load of glaring flaws and needs to go back to the drawing board take easy fights and get the confidence back and like Cotto get a new trainer fix his flaws

Vazquez JR just gave Donaire a p4p guy fits this is not what you stick Juanma in with I know Juanma just lost to a puncher slugger like Salido and this guy doesnt resemble Salido but he is tricky and it would be a shame to lose 2 KO's in a row and then get outfoxed

I dont think its safe but as a good fight its good for boxing

 

No fight with Billy Dib in it is ever good....... unless he gets KTFO.

 

Vasquez Jr. might be a tough comeback fight on paper, but Lopez is physically a lot bigger and would be able to take anything Vasquez gave. it would be a fun fight and all but I bet that ends similarly to Lopez vs. Rafa.

 

I have no interest in seeing Dib anymore, he seems to enjoy making his fights stink. Vazquez is a good opponent for Lopez, he's a decent fighter who should make for a fun fight but shouldn't beat Lopez, but I picked Lopez to beat Salido both times so who knows.

 

Translation: Arum has just finished crying about the lost money. Salido butt****ed him out of a lucrative Lopez-Gamboa fight. He spent the better part of 4 years trying to build this fight up and now its not worth any more than it was 4 years ago, if not a much less since Nobody would pick Lopez.

Lopez is going to get cashed out soon.
