Who did Ricky Hatton actually ever beat?!

    I'm no Hatton fan, but the Tyszu win was excellent even if he wasn't quite what he had been. Paulie was no great shakes, but a few folk were picking him to outbox Ricky. Castillo was well-worn, but Urango was a good win in light of his future title reign.

    Glad it amused you lol, but the fact is if you dont let froch fight at his pace you win the fight he only knows how to fight at one pace, a good pressure fighter will beat him every single time.

    Prime Castillo was awesome. The guy beat Mayweather in their first fight - poor decision. Split fights with Corrales. Beat Casamayor. 2 time 135 champ. Johnston. Bazan. Lazcano. Diaz.

    Unlike most fighters, the guys he beat had great depth themselves even guys

    Y'all must've forgot. Definitely top 30 or at worse 35, which as I said before is incredible considering the insane depth of that division.

    Come on man....
    Look at the run Johnston was on and he stopped it.
    Bazan was a titlist.
    Lazcano was on a streak that consisted of Vasquez, Leija, Spivey, Molina and Johnston. He was a solid contender.
    Julio was another titlist.
    Corrales was two weight titlist.
    Casa was a two weight titlist.

    hattons record isnt the greatest but i give him more credit than the likes of calzaghe because at least hatton had the balls to step in the ring with two of the best fighters of his era in their prime. not saying calzaghe didnt have the balls but he never realy faught a prime top fighter bar kessler who is no where near prime pac/mayweather class. even tho i rank joe greater than hatton i still have more respect for hatton for fighting two greats in their prime. we all miss ricky hatton right now lets be honest, he faught the big boys a bit late but at least he didnt wait untill they needed hip replacements!
