I actually see Lee beating Martinez on points. He has reach and height advantage over Sergio. Plus Manny has seen Martinez fight close up and personally and might have a real good plan to beat him. Manny has seen Sergio weakness and can be exploited. Plus if Dibella thought Lee was a walk the fight would of been made instead of Maklin.

 

This, they are far more evenly matched than Lee and Martinez.

 

Andy has a poor defence though, little head movement, which was part of what caused some of Macklins success in his fight with Martinez.

Plus I dont think Andy could handle Martinez'z speed.
