Andre Dirrell has been a petrified fighter all through his career AM or PRO whenever he has faced opposition coming to win. Why would that have changed now that he is coming back from a major brain injury?
Froch would win. He was the most improved fighter in that super six tournament, far better at the end than he was at the start, more refined; more intelligent. Dirrell can be caught, Abraham caught him. Dirrell doesn't have the heart to take Froch, doesn't have the balls to punch Carl knowing full well he's going to get punched back.
Judging from some of the madness being posted on this thread, there must've been two fights between these guys, because the Dirrell I saw vs Froch was DEFINITELY shitting his pants for the first two-thirds of the fight. Never have I seen a boxer put on such a disgraceful display of running-LITERALLY turning tail-away, holding, falling to the floor and feigning fouls, slippages, the whole nine yards. Against Abraham Dirrell had a lot of success but when he was dropped late on his attitude changed and we saw the coward again. I think Dirrell knows he has a glass jaw, and tries to conceal the fact. In a rematch vs Froch I can see Dirrell being ahead until he's stopped late on.
Shows you dont know **** about boxing if you think Froch improved because he outpointed Glen Johnson and Arthur Abraham, while getting beat by a ready for the taking Kessler and a Ward with one hand.
Yeah dont know where this fear thing comes from when Dirrell was sticking his tongue out at Froch and laughing at him. Only when Froch turned it into a WWE match did Dirrell get flustered. As mist you fighters would.
Froch hasn't improved, but neither has dirrell, so thinking anything other than the fight would be the exact same and whoever is at home will win is absolute ****.
