KIMBO SLICE in the heavyweight division??

Shaq & Strahan never made a name for themselves using boxing skills.

 

He is signed with Gary Shaw for mma in Elitexc and Gary Shaw said he wanted to also put him into a boxing ring. He says Kimbo can be world heavyweight boxing champion.
Hopefully he gets knocked out cold by Tank Abbott on saturday and we never need to hear this parasites name again!

Kimbo is so overrated by most people! This guy looks great against cab drivers and garbage men, but to think he has a snowballs chance against a legit heavyweight is ridiculous!

 

First of all, he would need to learn to keep his hands up. The boxers you just mentioned are not MMA punchers who must under committ on their punches for fear of being taken down. They are professional punchers , who don't have to worry about being taken down in the ring and therefore punch with much greater force. Any one of the fighters you mentioned would only need a few clean shots to incapacitate Kimbo, and with his lack of defense, it wouldn't take long for that to happen.

 

He fits better in mma...

 

Right. Rolling around on the mat in MMA is one thing, but competing on the world level agaisnt a skilled boxer would be another thing, entirely.
