Had Mayweather taking the last four. It was close until then.

 

De la hoya won 3 rounds at most.most he threw was getting blocked.mayweather said when he was a lightweight he fight de la hoya at 154 and beat him.made it look easy againt the much bigger man

 

I recall having it 118-110 or 117-111 Mayweather.
I didn't score it when I saw it live. My impression was that Mayweather won, but It was going to be close. When I re watched the bout and scored it a few years latter. I realized that it was a clear win for Mayweather.

 

The crowd played a big part of making it look close.everytime oscar through a puch crowd went mad even if they wasn't hitting

Also, Oscar weighed in at 145 to fight Pac not 147.....i've never seen a guy look so bad physically on fight night! Was awful

 

Mayweather won at a canter! The judges must be blind to have had this as a close fight!
