    :think Garcia lands the best shot of the round but Smith is the better man for the rest of it. The fact that Garcia's reflexes are so slow are almost reversing the effects of just how much Smith telegraphs his attacks. You can almost work out which shot is coming depending on what noise he makes.:lol:

    Yeah one telegraphs his punches and the other guy is barely making an effort to block them or get out of the way. Entertaining fight I have Smith ahead clearly so far but Garcia is getting him into positions that judges like to give fighters rounds for. Tiny ring as well.

    Close rounds these. Want to give that to Smith again though Garcia only landed that one big shot while Smith was active throughout.

    this could almost be a shut out at half way in a neutral venue, sure it isn't that way on the cards though. smith giving him opportunities when he's on the ropes though and Garcias landed a few eye catching punches

    Agreed, I have it 4-1 to Smith but these rounds are very much interchangeable. I fear that this being in Texas means that Garcia's gotten himself a rather sizable lead though, let's hope not.

    These rounds are very tight. Thought Smith dipped there in work rate. Garcia may well have taken that.

    Hmm, it appears as though I underrated how much of an effect Garcia's size would have here, Smith looks like he might be feeling the pace a bit now.

    Lundy-Williams next week should be REALLY fun.:yep

    Yeah Lundy vs Williams should be great to watch fire works are a must in that fight. This ref seems to be looking to take a point off Garcia. Warned him quiet a lot so far.

    rounds are getting much closer now, edging Garcias way the last couple as Smith seems to slow a bit

    The problem for Smith moving on here is just how open he's leaving himself to the body when he leans to the right. He's offering the left hand side of his body time and time again and Garcia is taking it every time. It's contributed HEAVILY to Smith slowing down here, without question.

    Think Garcia has this. Can't see Smith getting a KD and I think he needs at least one.

    Good fight a lot of punches but not a lot of quality in them. After the 7th I thought Garcia just ran away with it. Smith seemed to have gassed big time and couldn't get time in that tiny ring to get a few seconds to breath.

    97-94 Smith, probably a SD to Garcia and in fairness a close fight and comes down to what the judges like i.e. the home fighter probably...
