PAc is more proven, he fought 3 of the top WW fighters: Mosley, Cotto and Margo,
Floyd's similar scalp are Baldo, Judah and Mosley

Floyd's Mosley is a better version than Mosley who fought PAC .... point for Floyd

Both Margo and Cotto are better wins than Judah and Baldomir ... two points for PAC

Clottey is similar win as Ortiz ... 1:1

PAC fought better version of Marquez (less blown up & he doesn't cheat him on the scale),
but Floyd's win was more clear ... point for PAC or 1:1 depends how you look at this

Hatton & DLH should not count since they were outside WW for either Floyd or PAC.
But if you like to count them then Floyd fought better version of DLH ... point to Floyd
while PAC's win was more decisive ... 1:1 similar like in Marquez case.

PAC fought better version of Hatton (at his natural weight) but Floyd fought unbeaten
Hatton so that should be 1:1

So summarizing it is 5:4 or 6:5 for PAC because of his wins over Cotto and Margo.
If Floyd have beaten one of the top dogs at the time (Margo, Cotto, or PW) then
his WW resume would be similar to PACs. Now PAC edges Floyd with one strong win.

Pacs run at WW is more impressive because

he basically fought all the big names within 2-3 years of jumping up to the weight. He had 1 fight at lightweight, prior to being a career feather/superfeather basically.

Floyd had gradually stepped up to WW and stayed in the division for over 5 years and somehow managed to avoid a prime undefeated Cotto, Margarito, Williams, Clottey, and a younger / fresher Mosley.

Pac is a small man (lightweight basically) ripping into guys Floyd was too chicken**** to fight and waits till there old or past it to finally get in the ring with them.

    Pac's fights at WW:

    DLH (Totally shot)
    Clottey
Mosley (coming off a loss and a draw)

    Mayweather's:

    Mitchell
    Judah
    Baldomir
    Hatton
    Mosley
    Ortiz

    :deal

You could argue that Ortiz was more of a live body than anybody on Pacquaio's WW resume.

 So Cotto is not a WW now??

Pac's Cotto win > anything on Floyd's res at WW.

Clottey is a better win then Ortiz, Baldo or Judah.

    Mitchell is a can.

    Mosley was shot.

Hatton wasn't even a WW really. Actually the only career welters Floyd fought were Mosley and Baldomir.

Basically the guys Pacquiao beat, when he beat them and how he did it jumping up from a small weight class is more impressive and surpasses Floyd easily. Floyd resume at 147 has more holes in it then swiss cheese. He's been in the division for like 7 + years now and he's finally getting around to fighting Cotto. It speaks for itself.

Now YOU know why you're a ****ing troll, right. Pacquiao needed to fight Cotto at 145, why troll. Why? You won't answer because you're a ****ing troll. Dlh was a favorite over Pacquiao, but Pac fought him at 147. Why did Cotto have to defend his title at 145? Troll. I don't expect a response. You're a ****ing *******, lmao!

YOu PAC fans know nothing about boxing. I can destroy your post in a few. PAC faught DLH, Marg and Cotto at catchweights. DLH wasn't 147lbs in 7 years. Cotto is naturally a fatboy struggling to make weight. Marg killed himself to make 150. Mosley was dead and deep-fried after the Mora fight.

Floyd fough the Mosley that destroy Marg. The one that PAC wouldn't fight because he thought he might lose to. Judah still a dangerous hard hitting south paw and Floyd defeated him. Hatton was undefeated and mentally broken after Floyd KO'ed him.

Each fight PAC faught wasn't 100% at their best. Either they were has beens or catch weights. You have no arguement.

:good i agree with you there!

but wait, here's my argument....if Pac's been fighting washed-up, old, drained fighters at catchweights, then why does Floyd want him to be tested in the first place?

Floydiot-Logic: "Where a midget who's been fighting drained, old, washed-up, mentally broken fighters at catchweights is a cheater"

    what's 1 + 1 in Floydiot-Land? 3? :yep

Glad you asked that question. As Floyd also said, "he was an ordinary fighter and now an extrodinary fighter". He moved up and suddenly started knocking guys out. Granted he didn't receive better training and nutrition during the later time of his career.

Things that are in the dark comes to light. Evidently PAC cheats on his taxes in the philippines just like Floyd does in the U.S. Pac cheated on his wife with Krista Ranillo. I believe that so called decline in the ring is him possibly the side effects of him being clean. PAC hasn't taken much of a beating by anyone so how is he declining? I see it as withdrawl symptoms. I mention this to say him cheating in the ring wouldn't be a suprise to me. Mosley is an example that so-called "nice guys" cheat too.

The "midget" take is a way to hype the fight don't be a mark. He called Hatton a "midget" as well.

Pacquiao has one quality win at welterweight and that is Cotto at a catchweight, the same Cotto fans are trying to discredit Mayweather for moving up to fight.

His toughest fight at welter was against an opponent Mayweather schooled for 12 rounds.

Pacquiao has never beaten a legitimate champion at 147, Cotto was a paper champion after beating a eurobum.

The weight was irrelevant in Mayweathers fight with Hatton as Ricky weighed more in the ring at light welter than Mayweather was weighing in at welter, same goes for Pacquiao vs Bradley.

Mosley is the best welterweight on Mayweathers resume, past his best but still ranked P4P#3 at the time.

    That about covers it.
