I think it's another gotta beat Pac thing, he can't win 8 different division titles as he started at 130 which if my counting is right he will have to go up to 175 which isn't going to happen, so the other way of doing it is winning as many titles around 147,154 and maybe 160 to say 'I'm a thirty Time world champion' or something like that.

floyd only refused to fight for a title once

We Be Crooks are a disgrace to boxing they are one of the main culprits for the decline of boxing... Going back to the 80's when Suliman was Don King's puppet!!

Boys boxing is a racket. This is what you call tribute money. The same as if you's a scumbag thats hustling some good money. Some guy's going to come up and say guess what this is so and so's area you need to pay him for the privaledge of doing business here. Thats all that happened here. Floyd doesn't want to **** off the power's that be.

So they can make more money by having Austin Trout(prior to him Rigoberto Alvarez) as the World Champion as well.

Floyd sees this as a way to get extra "return" on his investment. $50k could garner more interest by calling this not just a title fight but one with more meaning...hence the diamond belt. Just a thought....it usually cones back to the ol mighty dollar.
