Linares is another zab judah or worse. he is a mental midget and folds under pressure. His last fight where he got destroyed by a nobody you can see his confidence was just non existent. He was scared to throw punches against a damn bum.

Being upset at the hype is understandable and expected, but I do feel bad for Linares himself, especially if he did get the short end in training under Roach.

 

Cuz was getting knocked out and knocked around by C level fighter before he even came to Roach. In fact, that's why he sought Roach's tuteledge in the first place. Roach isn't a miracle worker though. Maybe it's just not in the cards for Linares. Hopefully he can bounce back though

I definitely think working with Roach in itself was a positive step, don't get me wrong, I'm just referring to rumors that suggest Roach didn't have time to prepare him properly. We'll just have to wait and see and hope his aesthetically pleasing style can eventually carry him forward with substantive results.

 

Linares is the very definition of a hype job he also has a glass jaw. I'm sure Team Elite will find a spot for him on their upcoming glass jaws list.
