You still haven't explained why you'd get a ligament injury from lifting an olympic bar....

Maybe because there isnt a mirror on this forum.

By doing machines and then going onto the freeweights and thinking you can do the same amount weight.

Body can adapt to most things including working out 2 days in a row. Need proof theres alot of people who do train with less then that and still get results. But you won't count them because theres athletes....

This is getting boring now... Too dense to get it.

How long have you actually been training and how many clients have you had?

Cut me mick.... You're the kind of guy who makes it embarrassing for everybody who has been educated. You've done a little course to become a PT, congratulations. There's a reason why 99% of PTs are rubbish, it takes **** all and some basic knowledge, we have 8 week courses for it over here ffs.
Even doing an undergraduate sports science degree barely scratches the surface, unless you know how to decipher statistics, have access to all the latest journals and can look at the studies with a critical mind then you shouldn't really be claiming things like that as 'truth'.
Your simplistic bull**** is irritating to people that take these things seriously and work with athletes. You can train your overweight ladies and get great results, you can do anything and see massive improvements in people who haven't trained, that's why shitty personal trainers keep their jobs.

He's not even at that level. Level 2 is fitness instructor which means he can do inductions at a gym.

I just read this thread and it was highly entertaining.
I have no knowledge on the subject really, but from personal experience, when I was climbing I climbed practically every day. My forearms, calves, and core were rocks. I never had more than a day of rest.

Also, while training for soccer, we trained three times a day, 6 days a week. I guess running and **** isn't exactly weight lifting, but the idea of adaptation I would assume is the same.

It will. That's the idea, as with any other training.... :patsch

What the **** are split routine exercises?

Actually, pretty much anybody can cope with training daily, it's just that most don't want to (because they're either lazy or, just, well, pussies that can't take the bit of discomfort that comes with training) they don't get enough rest (i.e. sleep) or the most common is under eating. There's another reason, people like yourself spreading bull**** that it's not possible to do.

I'm not saying everybody should train daily. What I am saying is it's possible.

I have for many years, it really isn't difficult.

You have some problems if you're in that much pain from lifting a bit of weight on some machines.

Have you ever tried doing a professionally made high frequency routine for yourself or are you going to stick to your limited CYQ manuals? A PT that won't try new things is a very **** PT.
