There are quite a few but it's gotta be the one who are producing champion after champion IMO one champion don't make u the best trainer cause IMO it's the ones who bring out the best in different styles.

Credit for what? not pulling him out of the john murry beating or not changing tactics after r4 when it was obvious to everyone he wasnt getting anywhere.

Yeah i didn't like that but that's a mistake he made and hopefully learned from, that's not his technical and tactical work is it.

His work with Selby and Buckland has been extremely good.

    I do yeah.

Although I think Sanigar does train as well. Pretty sure Lee Haskins is his fighter.

Think this will always be a difficult question to answer. Many trainers have periods of success.
Right now you have to look at Joe G and Billy Nelson as they are working wonders,at a consistantly high level. Also Tony Borg and his team are turning out champions from only a handful they work with.
I really rate Jimmy Tibbs, doesn't work with too many, but his quality is there to see, and having worked with him in the corner i love how he will offer advice without interfering. Out of the people who i worked corners with, he's my favourite cornerman.
For longevity, you can't knock what the Ingles have done over the years and after a quiet spell have come back into the limelight with Kell.
They also have Richard Towers and Kid Galahad coming through so in 12 months time could be involved in some big fights.

i like the Ingles because they bring on lads to mature world champs. Problem is they have one fixed style.

Jimmy Tibbs has a proven track record and is prob most high profile in the uk. I like the fact that he seems to bring the best out in fighters and is technically proficient. His son Mark is proving to be a great trainer himself and is doing great body work with the lads

Gallagher is doing well with his lads but you need to take into consideration that they were standout amatuers before linking up with him.

My vote goes to the Ingles and Jimmy Tibbs.

Good post, Tibbs is class no doubting his quality. As you say you don't want interference in corner so someone like him is class to work with.

If i remember correctly i read about you a few years back going to U.S to watch/study at some gyms? (think in Boxing News). Who did you go to watch and who stood out from the rest? and was there anything that you've implemented into your training?.
