Will Uncle Bob really allow Chavez to take the fight if he beats Lee? I have no doubt Chavez Jr. would face Martinez, just not too sure Bob will allow it.

If Chavez has a chin like his father's Arum has absolutely nothing to worry about in Texas.

Ah yes, TexASS. He seems to have a solid chin so you're probably right about that one.

I felt the same way before the Macklin fight. Sergio looked pretty pedestrian against an average middleweight. Throw in the fact that Pavlik went the distance with him while intoxicated and a Chavez Jr-Martinez matchup looks a lot more interesting than it used to. Don't forget that Jr. has Roach now and will have a 20 lb weight advantage on fight night.

Pacman would make Rios's face look like Sloth from Goonies if they fought at 147. Horrible, horrible fight. No offense.

I think you're underrating Macklin a bit there. I think he's on about the same level as Chavez, maybe even a bit higher. And I'd take today's Pavlik to beat Chavez too. He's decent but that's it. I thought Zbik beat him, not a massive robbery or anything but that's his level. And without his size advantage he'd have lost even more clearly.
