That totally sounds like Tijuana....atsch I dont think I have ever seen a horse in TJ let alone rancheras (maybe a donkey). Thats more likely in areas of southern parts of mexico like Jalisco or Michoacan.
There are plenty of horse stables up and down the Baja Peninsula mi amigo. I rode horses along the Ensenada coast. Rosarito is just south of Tijuana, plenty of horse riding. It would be great if Abril comes in like Jorge Arce, horse and all. Sucking a lollypop and spoting a black cowboyhat. :rofl

Thats what I figured. I guess I'm in the same boat, I know most of the bad words but my Spanish is still beginner level.
