haha know how you feel i used to be real flat footed and the guys at the gym gave me hell for it. just keep working at it and listen to the criticism
Footwork is everything bro. Drill, drill, drill, drill and drill...and then when you're done, drill some more. What helped me was using a speed ladder. Do three minute rounds alternate between foot in every hole, foot in every other hole, side stepping, ali shuffle, etc. Walking drills helped as well as using a rope to practice walking while slipping. Another thing that helped me was using the maize bag coupled with shadow boxing. Helps you move in the pocket. The main thing is to just to log the hours.
in your stance go up on the front of your feet ,,push of the back toes to go forward ,& push of the front toes to go back ,,simples if you do have a dick in the ass ,,your properly in the wrong gym
