Interview with another Heavyweight prospect Manuel Charr as well. He seems like a cool guy but some of the questions I asked didn't get answered for some reason. Nevertheless a short but sweet interview. http://bit.ly/zQ1vXO
I think of all the Irish and UK based fighter's Perez is by far the most dangerous of the lot of them. He ending the year well despite being too inactive after prizefighter so hopefully he really pushes on now and targets top 50 ranked opponents.
I see Mike quite often walking round cork city a few times and have chatted to him on facebook he seems a nice guy.IMO hes the best up and coming heavyweight in the uk and ireland its just a pity he doesnt get more fights
Does Perez want to relocate like garcia considering he's become Quite the Irish native with his new Irish wife in cork. Perhaps that's holding him back.
I would like to see Perez fighting agaisnt Mitchell or Jennings or even Arreola. HAve a hunch might be hell of a fights.
Perez needs fights and exposure. I do not remember seeing him after that one-night tournament in England.
