Why have I heard people call Andre Ward arrogant?

So what's so wrong about calling yourself the son of god? Arent we all gods children? It seems to me like he is just displaying his religious belief. I doubt he does it because he thinks he's superior. He seems like a humble dude.

This is is the first time I've heard/read about Ward being arrogant. Boring, dirty, overrated I've heard, but never arrogant. In fact, he's the only slick black fighter that I like right now, simply because doesn't come up as a douche, like Void.

In respect to Ward's arrogance I think he is alright, I think he is one of the more modest fighters, he has self belief but not to the extent that I dislike him. I never knew had a bad rep.
