Abril: You don't win championships by smothering and holding

    This fight pissed me off, I was screaming at the ref to take points away from Abril who kept holding Rios' arm.

    Thank god the judges know that you don't win by holding and smothering.

    Abril would do a one or two jab connection then hold and smother himself against Rios. He thought that ugly **** was going to work, but it didn't *****.

    Sweet justice with the split decision going to Bam Bam.

    A lot of slick fans are proud of this running style but it does not impress arum and fight fans this time.

    Do any of you ****s care to see Abril fight again? No because its ugly as hell and lame isn't it?

    Smother and hold bam bams arm gets you a win? **** off with that, I could do that then.

    I could fight mike Tyson then, as soon as he comes at me, I just jump on him and hold on for dear life, then ill expect a decision lol.

    And you don't win fights by cuffing shots against the gloves/arms, and hitting thin air all night.

    You may well have disliked the way he nullified Rios, but, the ring generalship, defence, and cleaner, effective punching all came from Abril.
