If Rio couldn't prevent Abril from nullifying him that's his fault. As mech as I disliked Molina's and Alexander's last performances they still dicatacted their fights as Abril may have tonight(Not sure but will watch fight). Rios shouldn't be handed a gift if he couldn't do ****all with Abril and looked like an amateur(big if might I add as I didn't see the fight).

BTW coming forward may be favorited but there's more styles and you can still be hard to hit cleanly by coming forward as Duran, Armstrong, and Chavez have shown much of their careers.

You shouldn't win a fight on one style it gets too predictable and doesn't help the crying aggressors who couldn't do **** but since they have hype and a great promoter they get bailed out. Eventually they need to learn from their mistakes and blame themselves for looking bad not thrier opponent for following a disciplined gameplan.

I'm not even a Rios fan, and I didn't watch the molina fight so **** off. I saw a few parts of it on replay, but I don't give a **** about that fight. And the ring generalship was brought up by some cry baby on here, not me.

Amen. Abril did nothing to win. This wasn't like the Marquez controversy, or the campillo controversy. This was an average tomato can that kept holding and never even made a solid punch towards Rios.

 

Holding worked for Ray Leonard against Hagler.
