I'd go with Norris. I think he's a better around boxer. I think he also hits harder than Vargas although Vargas takes a punch better IMO. Vargas would have a chance if he could crack Norris chin.
Norris was far too fast for Vargas. He was also a better all around boxer than Vargas. Both of them had heavy hands, and questionable chins, but I see Norris prevailing. Too much speed and power. It would take him 7 or 8 rounds, but he is definetly getting ko'ed.
I agree with smoochp. Terrible Terry would hit Vargas from a variety of angles. Not to mention he had good power. We'll never know if Vargas peaked early or if he hadn't peaked yet before he was rushed. I think Tito-Norris would've been one for the ages at 154, based on their styles.
Tito-Norris almost happened but fell through in like the last month. I was pissed. I think Norris would have beaten Tito.
