Until he started going downhill against Honeyghan,Curry was a justified pick as P4P#1.There's no way some unproven Irishman who's done nothing in terms of fighting the elite should be held up against prime DC.
I suspect people shouldn't be letting their chains get yanked so easily here.

Trying to fit in with the unwashed masses, Curry is around about Matthew Hatton level, but with a worse chin. Canelo would stop him in the mid to late rounds. It would be just like the Honeyghan fight.

Beings that it is a mythical matchup and is going to take place on St.Patty's day I'm going with Canelo due to having the luck of the Irish.

i would have to say canelo. i was very impressed in the way ginger handled archie solis. the 5'7" canelo really showed his machismo and manlihood when he suckerpunched the 108-pound 5'3" solis after finding out that archie was bangin his girlfriend.

solis is basically the same size as jennifer love hewitt, who is considered petite for a woman, but that doesnt make a difference to ginger. hes a mans man and has no problem showing whos the boss.

he wouldve had no problem handling donald curry or any other jr mw's of
the past. probably wouldve moved up in weight and kod hopkins, hearns and hagler, too.

canelo has a very strong following here in mexico and is a favorite among the maricones(homosexuals). many of them have photos of canelo on their avatars, screen names, car windows you name it.

Alvarez wouldn't even beat Colin Jones, or Lupe Aquino.

He'd get outboxed by McCrory, and knocked out by Starling.

So pray tell, what does he offer Curry?

What is so intriguing about this match anyways? Just a random good fighter from before to bring down canelo?

why does Alvarez get so much hype? because he's white? just another fighter from Mexico who strains himself to put two punches together

Curry was more than just a "good" fighter you imbecile.

He fizzled out quickly, but in his brief prime was probably one of the most talented fighters that's ever lived.

So then he was a great elite fighter, but just very very briefly? Okay, I guess Canelo at this stage who hasn't peaked yet and is still maturing his skills and physique would probably lose based on the way this curry is spoken about.
