I think Duran & SRL are clearly above him. If I was to give Tito to Oscar, take away his Pea win and give 1 for Mosley, Oscar record would look very good...still isnt enough to surpass Duran or SRL but possibly Hearns.

Rating Hagler is quite difficult, you can either have him way above or possibly even lower. Depends how well you rate his wins against the top contenders of his time & Hearns.

No. SRR has one of the best resumes, but it's not head and shoulders above anybody else the way you make it out to be.

He also didn't put Angott on the list, but anyways... still not numero uno.

    On paper, Harry Greb.

Oscar has fought a who's who of p4p fighters from the last two decades and he gets massive credit for that, however we can't really rate his resume in the same manner as some others as he lost a lot of those fights, and his best 'wins' solely on names, he lost.

Tito is another good shout for a brilliant win lose or draw resume along with DLH.

    IMO...Tony Canzoneri

wins over Jimmy McClarnin, Johnny Jadick, Frankie Klick, Lou Ambers, Baby Arizmendi, Kid Chocolate, Jackie Kid Berg, Battling Shaw, Sammy Fuller, Al Singer, Benny Bass, Billy Petrolle, Andre Routis

only guy he couldnt get past was the larger Barney Ross when past prime and was a kid and drew with the banatamweight champion

by age 21 he was a three division champion....was started at bantamweight and beat world class guys as high as welterweight with same day weigh ins

    simply amazing

far better than Robinson's....most the guys he beat made their name off beating him once...the Lamottas, Fullmers, and Basilios....honestly tho look the featherweight-lightweight era from 1930-1940...hell in a cell and Robinson didnt have that in his prime at welterweight

    HARRY GREB.

    - And it's not even close:

260 pro fights by the age of 32. (Some estimate over 300)

"Official" record: 104 - 8. - 56 of those fights during his last THREE YEARS, and that includes a BS decision against Flowers. (his last fight.)

Greb, a middleweight, beat eighteen world champions. Seven of them were light heavyweights and one was a future heavyweight champ. He fought everyone there was, he ducked no one.

He's the only fighter ever to beat Gene Tunney.

    - And he was blind in one eye.

    just fawgeddaboudit.

Tony canz, but I think people are underestimating SRL's small but solid resume

    hearns 2x
    duran 2x
    hagler
    benetiz
    dave boy green
    andy price
and hell throw in mayweather sr

That is a very solid list of boxers

Can throw in a few more than that, Forza. Ray actually beat a good number of rated 147/154lbers before he even fought Benitez. Dare I say, cleaned out around half the division.

    Notable wins:

    Marvin Hagler (62-2) [Lineal/WBC 160 Champ]
Thomas Hearns (32-0) [WBA 147 Titlist]
    Wilfred Benitez (38-0) [Lineal/WBC 147 Champ]
    Roberto Duran (72-1)

    Ayub Kalule (36-0) [Lineal/WBC 154 Champ]
    Donny Lalonde (31-2)
    Dave Green (33-2)
    Randy Shields (31-4)
    Pete Ranzany (45-3)
    Tony Chiaverini (30-4)
    Floyd Mayweather, Sr (15-1)
    Johnny Gant (44-11)
    Armando Muniz (44-13)
    Bruce Finch (28-3)
    Andy Price (28-5)

    :yep
