    President of the Republic of Ingushetia Yunus-Bek Yevkurov visited the tournament M-1 Challenge 31 in St. Petersburg, March 16 and invited Alexander Emelianenko come June 6th in the tournament, dedicated to the Day of the Republic of Ingushetia, which organizes the M-1 Global.

    It was planned that Aleksander Emelianenko will make the tournament M-1 Challenge 32 in Moscow. But Alexander could not refuse a personal invitation from the President of the Republic of Ingushetia.
    Manual M-1 League decided to postpone the fight Alexander on June 6 in the Republic of Ingushetia.

    Rival Alexander will star veteran Russian mixed martial arts - Ibrahim Magomedov ( Highlander ), 22-7, who has behind him the titles of European champion in kickboxing, two-time world champion and European champion in mixed martial arts version of the M-1 world champion and mixed martial arts version of IAFC .

    Opponents have already met in 2009 and then after an exchange of dangerous attacks, Ibrahim was seriously cut and the bout was stopped. Thus, the upcoming fight will be a rematch for both fighters.

    Funny you posted this. I was watching Aleks vs Sergei Kharitonov last night and wondered what happened to Aleks.

    He has had several fights this year, some important postings, and been seen out and about. His life and career seems to be going very well at the moment.

    The ultimate "**** you" Dana White could throw at Fedor would be attempting to sign Aleks... I for one would love to see his brutality in the UFC.

    Ingushetia is an extremely very dangerous place.

    Ingushetia, Chechnya, Dagestan the entire local area is very hostile

    Let me put it this way the president who invited Alex was nearly killed by a suicide bomber it killed three of his bodyguards.

    Dana would have more chance getting a wank from the Pope than Aleks signing with the UFC. The last time he tried to fight on US soil he failed his medical. Pretty certain he still has Hepatitis.

    Yes and no. But Aleks has always been somewhat inconsistent. Very talented for such a big man though. But his boxing isn't half as good as he thinks it is.
