Ok just checked and the ref is Eddie Cotton and the judges are Dick Flaherty, Luis Rivera and Steve Weisfield.

Pascal didn't just "shut down," Hopkins took the angle away from him and Pascal didn't know how to create openings.

Dawson's workrate can give him trouble, but again, people greatly exaggerate the pace of their first fight.

Very few predictions have anything to do with their actual styles and the way they match up, and instead are focusing on condition. Hopkins being "old" or "weak" while Dawson is "fresh" and "fast". Hopkins still has the ability to turn his opponents, and he'll find a way to land that lead right hand once he gets his foot on the outside, and ambush Dawson on the inside once he becomes hesitant to throw anything.
