Dawson is taking long steps in and jabbing out of a tall straight-up stance. Lots of movement by Hopkins. Dawson throws a 1-2 and Hopkins ducks. Lead right by Dawson, grazing. Hopkins catches him and clinches. Steady right jabs working by Dawson. Hopkins scurries back and angles away from the ropes. The crowd is already booing. Nothing is happening, to be fair. Hopkins jumps into a clinch and digs some uppercuts to the hip while clamping Dawson's arm with his left. The ref pries them apart. Hopkins circles to the left, playing keep-away.
