If catchweights are suppossed to benefit the smaller fighter...

    ...then why do the smaller fighters have such an atrocious record against their bigger opponents in catchweight fights???

    None of the heavier fighters in the fights you quoted were drained like cotto and Hoya were against manny.

    Some say Pac only wins because he drains his opponents. Why doesn't history support their claims?

    Yeah man, let me tell you, that whopping 2 pounds sure gave the SMALLER Pac a huge advantage. Nevermind Floyds quote of there's holes in cottos boxing game after Pac smashed him, but hey, that whole 2 pounds threw the whole fight. NOW Cotto is a legimate opponent after being smashed by plaster and Pac. God i love mayweather, he saved boxing.

    most guys looked fine, looking like theyd perform at 90% not perfect though. DLH looked dead though lets be honest, he looked dead

    Yes he did. But we are only talking about official catchweight fights. Even then, no light middleweight should ever get beat up by a one fight lightweight.
