Bc he was making money off Oscar, Floyd. Floyd wanted to fight Cotto at 140 and Bob Arum said no bc Cotto was too green. Again Bob Arum is making money off Cotto and Floyd. Now same **** again with Pac. But who always get the blame?

Why would Arum take arguably the greatest and most lucrative attraction in Boxing and match him with some unproven Jr. Lightweight. That's like Adrian Broner calling out Manny Pacqauio, what in the world would Pac gain from fighting some unproven kid. I don't think Arum was trying to maliciously hinder Floyd I just think he understood that this fight would have been far to premature.
