I think that HBO will at least get a rating of about 5.5 million viewers for this fight and a big reason for this will be the documentary about America's own Joe Louis...

Me either, it seems like the Heavyweight division is not even talked about anymore on the streets or in bars, it's just the big names like Hopkins, Jones, Mosley, Oscar, and Mayweather, are the only ones that seem to be talked about anymore.

Good point Tom, and not only that, but it will ALSO be preceeded by the Replay of Pavlik-Taylor II. Should be a great night of boxing on HBO.

Klitschko doesn't know how too promote with his bad english. he is too nice outside of the ring, but that's what I like about him, but it isn't good for hyping a fight. Klitschko wins this one easy, poor Ibrahymov...

Should be a real good crowd. You have two excellent, interesting and popular guys and the outcome is very much in question. Sultan is one tough customer and Wlad punches like a mule. They are both nice guys and warriors in the ring where it counts.

Ah bull****. Everyone that watchs boxing watched that superfight. Americans really like Calzaghe and Kessler. Plus the arena they were fighting in sold 53,000 tickets. Where as, BHop and Winky barely sold over 10,000.

I hear about Wlad at work at the bar pretty anywhere I hang out hell my girlfriend and friends watch boxing now because Wlad is such an excellent and classy boxer. You must hang out at some shitty bars man. No one talks about any of the current heavys besides Wlad. Tyson, Lewis, and Holyfield come up often at the sports bars.

Ask anyone here, the numbers the Kessler/Calzaghe fight drew in, were embarrassing, someone a couple weeks back linked the numbers it did.

As far as the Wlad/Iggy fight, I'm looking forward too it and dont care who knows about it. None of my friends even care about it, just like most guys in there 20s, they would rather watch either name boxers or the UFC, which upsets me.

Your friends are stupid all of my friends are watching this fight. Wlad has a big fan base and it will only increase with time. People know the Klitschko's.

Yes, my friends are gay, but they are the norm in America. You must remember Wlads fighting the weakest title holder, for the historically weakest title, the WBO belt. I see this fight being more popular than the average Wlad fight, but certainly not the fight thats going to make Wlad a star in the United States, besides, he wont be the unified champ for long, he will end up dropping the WBO belt in less than year.

The WBC is has been tarnished badly in the Heavy division. Hell you dont even have to fight for it anymore. Sultan is the best out of the current title holders plain and simple. Oleg can't touch Wlad and Chagauev wants no part of him. The WBO has become a mainstream belt of late anyway.

I disagree, the WBO has been held by the worst fighters as of late, Brewster got it in April of 04, and lost it to Liakhovich in April of 06, the next fight he lost to Briggs and his next fight he lost to Iggy. As you can see the belt changed hands very fast, to very weak fighters. The ring magazine has Iggy under both Peter and Chagaev, looking at his best wins, you could see why that is. Iggy is nothing more than just another title holder, that is going to get blown out by Wlad.

Here's a list for you. Current WBO title holders.

Pavlik, Sultan, Guzman, Calzaghe, Quintana, Torres, and Juan Diaz.

I agree Wlad is going to beat all the title holders. Vitali gets the winner of Oleg and Peter. Vit can beat either of them easily. Granted he is not hurt before the fight. go to youtube and watch Vit kickboxing doing spin kicks. Vit is Peter's worts dream come true. Someone who can hit hard and has granite chin. Peter will get ****ed up if Vit is injury free.

Were talking about the Heavyweight division, where the WBO is the lesser of the other 3 belts.
