I wouldn't be surprised. Quintana in his prime might be able to beat the Ginger. Too bad Quitana's prime was over in the blink of an eye.

If it is Cotto, that could be another great Mexican-Puerto Rican match up apparently Canelo's next fight is slated for September on PPV, so it'll have to be a reasonably big name if they hope to do well **and with Ortiz-Berto 2 slated for late June ... how is the Ortiz-Berto winner a realistic option for Canelo in September?
It won't be the Berto-Ortiz winner. That will probably be another brutal fight. The winner won't fight as soon as early September. My guess is it'll be Kirkland or K9 BUMdrage.
It is a pretty obvious choice for alvarez to gain more experience and I think it would still sell on the puerto rican-mexican front, obviously not on a ppv though. I'm a fan of him but I wouldn't be surprised of much after the Mosely fight.

quintana is deffinently the the kinda fighter canelo will go after . but i dont agree with it . niether did i agree with the mosley or alot of his others . even no hes the champ hes being moved along slowly , however he is 21 or 22 yrs old so its okay the only problem is hes a beltholder so he needs to fight to comp, not old guys
Quintana looked great last night, but lets be honest, Latimore has MANY visible flaws, like his glass jaw which got crushed last night and his limited skill that seems to only work well against certain opponents. Canelo-Molina and Quintana-Bundrage works for me, I think Quintana could win.
i think canelo is gunna fight someone like quintana and many people are gunna think i sound crazy but i can see him fighting clottey or sumthing like that . but if he does really wanna put on an entertaining fight n a fight that i think mite really happen is alvarez vs kirkland canelo vs k9 bundrage seems like it could happen but i think k9 is fighting spinks
