You act like Mosley was ever a great "boxer". Once his speed and reflexes go, which they have, he's there to be hit. Add to that, he's fighting at a weight he has little to no power in and has no business competing @. The only thing keep him up on his feet last night was chin and heart.

19 years is a huge deficit, especially when the older of the two is 0-3-1 in his last four fights.

I'm not "working extra hard", I'm telling you how it is. Beating on a largely immobile, 40 year old man, don't impress me.

The flash KD got Mosley in reverse gear for the rest of the fight. He wasn't really running against Canelo, you'd think with his power/size he'd be able to score a flash kd himself

Doesn't matter about reverse gear, one was able to close the ring and make the other guy fight while the P4P #2 Couldn't show an ounce of RING IQ to close the ring, nor could he beat him up as much as this kid did...Not only that Canelo didn't touch gloves like 1000 times and he brought the pain, and forced mosely to fight.

Just noticing things because Many were saying he couldn't keep up with mosely cause Canelo is level below the best, but why was he able to Beat UP mosely worse then any of the P4P greats?

Some credit is due is all i'm saying.

Canelo impresses me as a prospect

But he's a world champion , or at least in title he is anyway , so i have to say as a world champion i dont rate him , i do not beleive he is the best 154 lb'er in the world and i believe he is over rated , i thought he looked ok against Mosley but nothing more , i certainly do not hold the faith in him GBP do , thats for dam sure !!!!

I'm not acting like anything:lol: Merely pointing out your BS excuses for not giving Canelo any credit for this.

Was this anything to get excited about? hell no. But it was still a test(a minor one albeit) but Canelo still came through with flying colors.

Again keep in perspective that his performance equaled(if not surpassed) that of FLoyd and Pac.

Cotto , Williams and Lara would batter him IMO , Mayweather correctly stated is levels above Canelo

And the remainder of the field is by no means a foregone conclusion either , there are vary capable men in the division and Canelo has fought none of them :deal

This is all opininion... I can see Cotto still being Ranked higher then Canelo, but Williams and Lara? come on now...LARA is unproven at 154 as Canelo is... Lara's best win is against a shot Williams... and he got robbed....Lara he hit him with 1000 lefts and couldn't even stun him.

    May
    Cotto
    Canelo
    Kirkland
    Lara
    Molina
    :deal

As limited as Williams is , he would have a field day with Canelo , an absolute field day , way too busy for Alvarez , and Lara is simply in another league to Canelo , they do not operate on the same level its that simple

Very focused, poised, and didnt get reckless. A- performance. 2 yrs from now Canelo might reach his peak. Very good fighter all around. Has enough power to keep any 154lber humble should he need it.

Yes. This guy demolished a (shot) world class fighter in beautiful and exciting fashion, had the whole crowd behind him, and at only 21 years old. The thing I was impressed most by was Mosley's chin. Kind of hard to watch but he's got one of the most under-acknowledged chins of all time.
