If it doesnt really matter then why didnt pac wanted to fight cotto at 151 pounds instead of 147 pounds that he requested? Could Pac beat Cotto at 154 pounds like Mayweather did? Why are pac fans ignoring that?

So you saying Pac could beat Cotto at 154 pounds? The same division with no bs catchweight that Floyd beat? Why didnt pac got the guts to fight cotto again atleast at 151 pounds in which pac demanded to be at 147?

Cotto bloodied Void's nose and mouth, winning many rounds..............Pac easily stopped Cotto....................Pac would have knocked Void out last night and Void would have no chance vs. Martinez..........

Well Cotto did the same right? he agreed to give Pac a the advantage of having to weigh in 2 pounds below 147 to make the fight more competitive and interesting, which it was for a few rounds, same with May vs Marquez, except it wasn't at all, plus May did't even make weight...... wait:think May didn't even make weight :rofl

Cotto was coming off of a poor showing against Clottey and was 2 fights removed from getting beat down from Margarito. Even with those circumstances, Pacquiao insisted on a catch weight.

Floyd fought Cotto coming off of a big win and at a weight that favored Cotto.

You see Zombieguy, both Floyd and Pac hardcore fans don't follow boxing as a whole, they just follow a few fighters.

I say the fight would be much closer than both May and Pac hardcore fans think. Very close.

If the weight really favored Cotto, why did Cotto want Margarito at 150 pounds catchweight? They finally settled on 153. :think

Cause he was worry that at junior mw margarito would weigh in at 175 pounds on fight night? Margarito weigh in at 164 pounds on fight night vs pac at 151 pound catchweight.

Did Cotto have a poor performance, or is Clottey actually a very good fighter himself? I say Clottey is a very good fighter himself, clottey was no bum who gave Cotto a tough fight, Margarito also gave Cotto a tough fight at 153, and remember the catch weight was just 2 pounds, it wasn't a whole division or anything, and Cotto himself had been fighting at 140, 3 years prior to the Pac fight. Why can't people just give credit where it's due?

But why didn't anyone ***** about that? You know, like how they ***** when Pac asks for the same thing even though it's been done many times throughout boxing history?

Because Pac didnt fought cotto at his best rather you like it or not cause of the catchweight bs. You talking about 2 pounds or 1 pound less that cotto had to lose in which u saying its easy to lose those weights? You realize that cotto actually walks around like 165 or more pounds when he's not training before he signed a fight? I would have give pac credit if he beat cotto at the ww limit with no bs catchweights.
