Does a sweat suit actually help with weight loss, or is it 100% water loss?

Do sweat suits actually help burn more calories/fat, or are they purely for losing water weight? And when you drink, you will put all the weight back on again?

Nope, its mostly water weight. I haven't it myself but it will get a good amount of weight off temporarily. You shouldn't dehydrate yourself for long periods of time i.e. more than a few days cause its bad for your health and will eventually make it harder for you to burn fat. The best way to lose weight(fat) is slow, steady and calculated.

Think of a Central Heating System without water in the Radiators, its not efficient, for creating energy.

Yes, its all water weight. Brown bombers right though about it helping you to warm up quicker, I use to use one while warming up in the winter and it always seemed to help.
