Several rounds were close, but having only watched the fight once, at the time I think I gave Cotto 3 or possibly 4 rounds.

Cotto wasn't landing enough clean and I don't think he was throwing enough to be rewarded much for agressive pressure

Most round were close, but Mayweather still won them clearly.

I can't give Cotto more than 4 rounds even if I try.

It was closer indeed... LA Times had Cotto as the winner.

Not saying Cotto won, but there was a time when you had to BEAT the champion for his belt. A time when the kind of fight Mayweather fought would NOT have qualified as a W against the champ. :hat Mayweather did not look brilliant in that ring against miguel... In fact, he looked mortal.

Mayweather won the fight by a wide margin and this forum is full of dumb asses wasting time debating if Cotto won three rather than two rounds.
