Does floyd not giving castillo credit say something to you ???

    If I recall the broadcast team said that they were disappointed with his performance in the rematch as it was not much more of an effort the first fight.

    He was in the ring with them, so he would know.

    And maybe the fact that Floyd dominated him in the rematch also has something to do with it.

    He doesn't want to remind boxing fans of a fight he lost.

    I agree, he has always giving Castillo credit. That's why he gave him a rematch immediately. Now Burton fight was his first brawl fight. He started out boxing, then flat out switched to brawling. His nose was bloody in that fight. This is the fight he probably got hit the most cleanly other than the Cotto fight. Not to mention, he fought through most of the fight with one hand, injuring the other.

    regardless of what you think, it doesn't erase their first encounter where they robbed castillo of a brighter future.....
