If Pac beats Bradley and Floyd he is on the brink of Top 10 ATG'ness.

Pep is so overated. Shocking how people just people classic dudes on some never reachable plateu. people are wowed by big records, like fighters today can fight 16 c level fighters str8 and get away with that? Too much trolls are ***** about it. Then you got those old timers who think those classic dude whoop 100 dudes who are part time boxers basically sparring sessions.

Actually i am not shocked by the dimwits.

Which other 'old-timers' do you take up an issue with?

Robinson and Armstrong have as many, if not more wins against top 10 rated opposition than Floyd and Pacquiao have wins, period. Double-digit HOF fighters on their resume, some multiple times over. And no, not 'everybody' was a Hall of Famer as there were only eight divisions with a predominant single, world title to fight over and defend. The chances of being a 'champion' or even a 'rated' fighter were much slimer and it was more difficult to become established in the sport. You couldn't be a multi-division champ by moving up 4-5 lbs: more like 11-15. Half of the 'rated' opposition of today's 17 divisions otherwise wouldn't be.

If the name of the game is dominating your own era and what's in front of you, they are on a completely different planet.

ODLH, you have to be kisdding me. Did he fight a lot of tough fights yes, was he really successful, no! Lets see he lost to Trinidad, Mosley (though the I feel he won the 2nd one), Got a HUGE gift against Sturn, Hopkins, Mayweather, and Manny.

SPeaking of Manny, he arguarably lost his last fight against Marquez. Dont get me wrong, I am a fan of Manny, but enough of this nonsense that Floyd needs to fight him or his legacy will be incomplete.

43-0, 8 titles in 5 different weight classes, no fights at catchweight, all time compubox stats holder, highest gate, highest ppv's, highest paid athlete (also makes more than any entertainer), and tghe list goes on and on

How the **** is he ranked below Jack Johnson? Mayweather is above Johnson.

(i know that's an odd thing to pick on, but still)

The dead ones rolled over in their grave, the living ones are looking for you to whoop your ass. Disrespectful to say the least.

    The Irony.

Bitching about trolls when you're the definition of a troll on ESB.

Who can forget your rant about Valero being better than Pep.

    Classic ****.

You guys have your heads shoved so far up overrated boxers' asses. How can anyone even suggest JCC to be above Mayweather? Makes no sense. He was fighting Cab drivers his whole life and LOST to the only elite opposition he was faced with. Mr.Pernell Whitaker.

I agree wholeheartedly that SRR is greatest of all time.. even though he did face a good amount of scrubs whom probably couldn't cut it to be sparring partners for the elites of this time.

Mayweather > Benny Leonard. Deal with it. MOST ANALYSTS accept this. Why can't this boxing forum?
