Worst modern day promoter?

I remember when Don basically owned the business in the 80s-90s with his Spike TV, his biased commentators like "Dr" Ferdie Pacheco just to mention one and cash cows like Larry Holmes, Tyson, JC Chavez, G man, Tito, don't remember fo'sure about Julian Jackson and Terry Norris,but even Bernard Hopkins at some point, how can anyone forget about the dynamic duo for the Michael Spinks and Larry Holmes fights, Butch Lewis and Don King? They ruled and had big incomes, Rock Newman just happened to get there along the way with Bowe and Frank Maloney (RIP) with Eubank, Benn and Lennox Lewis and Ken Sanders with Evander Holyfield... Of course Frank W ( who had and has problems with Barry Hearn) found gold in Hamed, Hatton ( he's a promoter now like Mayweather, Mosley, Hopkis, McGuigan and so on) and Calzaghe but the Duvas had just the class of 84 with Whitaker, Taylor, Breland, Holyfield, Biggs and nothing more else. Then, Bob came with these newcomers who became stars to enrage King like ODLH, Shane Mosley, Floyd Mayweather, yet remember there was a time Bob had no one but a 42 year old George Foreman who he predicted to kayo Evander Holyfield in two rounds... They all left him and now Hoya and GBP are at the top alongside with Bob and Top Rank Inc with Manny, JCC Jr, Pavlik, Cotto and Margo, Gary Shaw is doing well enough with Dawson, Bradley and Vic Darch., Goosen with Ward, Sauerlan with Kessler, the Kltischkos, Abraham, I believe Sturm as well, but quite frankly, since his patnership with Cory spinks has not payed King a great deal, who is with him since Lamont Brewster upset against Wladimir and Hasim rahaman beat Lennox? Is there only Tavoris Cloud to mention?

Basically Lou DiBella failed with Jermain taylor and joined hands with Gary Shaw and there are guys you use to hear from and are not there anymore like Shelly Finkel, Barney Eastwood, Joe DiGuardia and Cedric Kushner who after being fined for the George Foreman-Axel Shultz scandal (fraud, racketeering, tax conspiracy and bribery) got off the business.
