    Yes... he does.

    But he will lack the technical skills to beat Floyd.

    More importantly - he has done NOTHING since losing to Kessler. That fight seems to have scarred him beyond recognition. I actually thought he could go to MW and be fairly dominant, but he never even really tried... He is mostly just fighting duds back home.
