I would prefer is Mayweather said **** it and allowed Pac to get paid. But at the same time you can't say that Mayweather isn't offering Pac a good deal either. Hopefully they can work it out but really it comes down to if Arum really wants this fight to be made.

    This.:deal

You see how caught up they got when the mediator had to keep correcting Pacquiao's side. They lie like no other. **** Arum and **** Pacquiao for not taking the career high and making the fight. Pac said it best post Marquez, "I can't deal with the counterpunching style, it is a difficult one."

Notice the "guarantee" part and PBF does not put a guarantee on himself.
So most of Pac's earning is a flat fee absolved of risks and cost.

Again, PBF's financial structure is unique to him.

I would agree with this but there is one thing, cotto got a guarantee of 8 mill, so they will have to recoup that expense also. Also, in this fight cotto will get a back end % as well.

OK and I understand that. It doesn't change that he is making more money per fight...

For the BOTD let's say Pac has made $30,000,000 for a high payday...Floyd made $50,000,000 for a high payday.

So if Pac accepts his $40,000,000 he'll make $10,000,000 more his high. Floyd would then take $65,000,000 and make $15,000,000 more his high.

The extra $5,000,000 for Floyd is fair because Floyd does more revenue than Manny. Those numbers speak for themselves.

And Mosley also got a backend plus a $6,500,000 guarantee. Floyd still did $17,500,000 with Shane at less PPV buys.

LOL look at how these guys reaching. It started off with past purses and revenue and PPV numbers. Now they have to "REACH" like a mutha fuka and get into Floyd's promotional company etc etc...

Tie in the PPV revenue, Total amounts made, and PPV #'s and you can get your answer.

Pac's ppv numbers are so bad, that arum told Fat Dan he will NO LONGER RELEASE them....Pac pissed off the fans by fighting shane, and cherrypicking JMM, And there arent any ppv numbers for either fight...we BEGGED him not to fight shane, he ignored us anyway, then the fight turned out horrible, and when he decided to fight 40Yr old JMM, People thought it was gonna be like the mosley fight since they both were washed up, so no one supported that fight...when Floyd was gonna fight robert guerrero, we BEGGED him not to, on twitter, and Floyd changed his mind the next day...we have SOME Control over Floyd, but NO control over pac, and thats why pac has no official ppv numbers...the way they are hiding them, makes me think they are dramatically lower than the fake "source numbers"...I think he did the same as he did with clottey....he's fighting brad so he can promote him as a young lion, and do what Floyd did with Ortiz, but it will backfire...if we can see these ppv numbers, make me believe its 50/50, but until then, Their hiding them for a reason, Pac has had some horrible fights, and his stock has dropped, Floyd's last two fights were all over the news, the Ortiz KO Made the WORLD Stop, and ever since then, he will be a BIGGER star

:rofl How ******ed can you be to say PAC isn't a Super Cash Cow and only a "COW"? Floyd's numbers don't dominate in US PPVs like most of his performances do in the ring. PAC is just as big...if not a BIGGER draw than Floyd overall. PPV's are just one element of gauging an athletes "star power"...or marketability. It's silly that fans are basing EVERYTHING on PPV's in the US and nothing on their status that transcends the sport.

If I were part of the mayweather team, I wouldn't counter offer anything. There are some silly people on here making statements like mayweather will make the most money ever fighting pac, but didn't realize that mayweather is already making tons of money w/o pac. Mayweather can get 40 mill+ w/o fighting pac. Can pac do this, " NO" he can't. So stop acting like mayweather needs him. This guys has a defamation suit against mayweather and thinks that he will get 50 50, the boy is crazy.

I wouldn't do it. Take it or leave it. mayweather understands the business and was willing to concede everything to make the fight with oscar who was the man at the time they fought. What did pacman ever concede? He never did b/c he was pampered and protected. He will not win this negotiation so let's forget about this fight and let's get ready to embrace the beauty of bradley vs Pac which is going to be a terrific fight.
