Was unaware that Sosnowski drew with Rasani? The Dimitrenko knockout was deceiving it was a close even fight up until that point and he got hit with a hail mary monster uppercut that rendered him unconscious for quite a while.

Still Fury isnt ready for Euro level yet and this is a step in the right direction to gain experience as mentioned another 2 fights before the year end and he is laughing. No rush here he has the raw tools and time on his side. He isnt going to get rushed into a Klitschko fight asap because of the CH5 contract so lets just let him develop and enjoy the ride.

  2. "I'll be abroad. And I wouldn't watch David Price anyway. He's a bum. He's domestic level and I'm number four in the world.

"If I boxed Price I would have lost my Channel 5 contract. We offered him £100,000 to box on the channel - and he turned it down. What does that tell you?

"He needs to grow a pair of balls."

Was quoting him.. And taking the ****. lol

Great fight for Fury, very good step up for Tyson. Sosnowski should be able to give him some very tough rounds as well as take him into the later rounds while trying to win the fight himself. Albert will be a live underdog here and Fury may well need a British style TKO victory for this one. With a doubt Fury's toughest fight so far.

Not shot just unmotivated for his recent outing against Rasani. Prior to that he was probably beating Dimitrenko before being KO'd during the last round. At this stage Fury is not yet as good as Dimitrenko so this is a good fight on paper.

I think Fury is nearing Euro level but at the moment Channel 5 clearly want entertaining fights (aka tomato cans). He needs to fight someone like Sexton/Towers soon otherwise his career may stall.

He could knock price out and people on here would still consider him to be a bum ( I know Price ain't all that but the way people carry on you'd think he was the second coming) just the way it is it seems.

He started at the top of the rankings and Sosnowski was the first guy who said yes, what more could he do?:p

Anyways it's a step up from Rogan and to be fair pisses on anyone Wilder has fought.

Rasani was on a high after 19 straight defeats. You can see just what a high point his career was at from the 6 straight dedeats after tackling Sosnowski.

    x2

Hennessey/Channel 5 not going to kill the golden goose by sticking him in with Godzilla unless there's a world title or official eliminator at stake.

He looked in good shape last fight as well to so getting regular fights again without waiting for a high risk low reward fight makes sense.

As long as they fight back a bit and he puts them away then can't see why people would be getting upset

Yep there building him up, It's annoying he hasn't fought Price but end of the day Channel 5 boxing needs to be successful for boxing in general in this country. They have to be careful about how they manage him espicially with a light stable like Mick's.
