Did Haye used to school Price in sparring?

Heard Haye was on top, but Price certainly didn't embarrass himself

price is still pretty much a novice.

 

Yes I heard was beating up people like Price in sparring.

But sparring with Haye and Chisora has only made Price a better fighter

 

There's a rumour in Milwaukee that he did.

Of course, I started the rumour in Milwaukee.

Haye would have been using Price for something specific, say the Valuev or Wlad fights. "Hey, Big Guy, throw some jabs and then try and smother David."

Sparring is training. Training isn't a fight. Sparring tells us nothing. Jesus, I ain't ever been near a boxing ring and I know that. We did the same in my Kung fu days... if you know who your opponent is then you get training partners who can simulate that opponent.

Price turned pro with Hayemaker remember! Until Setanta went broke he only had the one fight and then went to Maloney who had used most of his "Olympic budget" on Sutherland and Jeffries
