I'd put lots of money him not KO'ing him. Is his contract for strikeforce over with the Barnett fight or will he have to fight more(even under the UFC brand)?

Of course it's possible since it's not the UFC, and they aren't involved with Strikeforce. Yep, they aren't involved whatsoever. None. They do no buisness with them. ****, they probably have never heard of it before. Fedor better get in there before they do tho.
