    Laing/Jones 1 and 2

    Laing/Smith

    Kirkland liked blowing fights....

    I think someone meant LaMotta/DauthuilleII

Bassa/McAuleyI is another excellent example. Davey boy would (could) of been champ if it were a 12 rounder like the rematch.

Diego Corrales vs. Jose Louis Castillo. Corrales was being beaten pretty badly late in the fight and even had a point deducted for delaying the fight by spitting out his mouthpiece. He got pounded in the 10th but rallied to stop Castillo late in the round. Both fighters were pretty busted up after that one.

can anyone take a Rocky like beating and comeback to win? That was a great movie. Maybe Gatti with Ward.

the difference with Chavez was that he was stronger than Taylor and he was hurting Taylor even more than Taylor was hurting Chavez.

    Nice choice.

That right hand that Thompson delivered was loaded with TNT. Great punch.

Excellent examples and few left to add. I remember Davey Hilton getting a pasting from Oulette before rallying from way behind.

The real issue in this thread, though, is finding out how some handicapped kid at the group home found our site and learned how to post on this thread. Congrats to "Corky The Tin Man" for the most ridiculous post I've seen here in many a year.

Mickey ward. I forgot the opponent but he was behind prob 5 to
1, then in the seventh round left to the head and body lights out.
Brewster Klitshko 1. Wlad hit him with everything but the kitchen sink,
Brewster weathered the storm and got the tko with about three
left hooks I believe. Tyson Botha. Botha won the first 4 rounds,
constantly smothering Mike. Botha started taunting as well. Then
One perfect shot from Tyson to drop and finish the white buffalo.

Danny Williams had a lot of dramatic moments in his career. This would have been exciting in a Rocky movie, if it wasn't so unrealistic-
