Steve Collins backs Andy Lee to beat Julio Chavez Jr

If he cant beat Chavez he might as well forget about it.

 

I really feel Lee is going to put on a clinic but get robbed of a decision ..

 

i think lee has a very good chance of beating chavez here

 

lee is the first prospect i have seen that i have seen the rise form debut it's pretty amazing that he is considered old or consider retirement if he loses.

 

:deal Lee seems like an overachiever to me and is consistently improving with each fight. Can't say that about Jr. His best for me was against Duddy, but if Jr does make a war out of it which Lee is very prone at doing then it will be a long night for Lee. But in the center of the ring Lee should out jab him and school him. Like I've always said, Lee pumps that jab he'll even give Maravilla problems, but once he stops using it he goes from potentially A level fighter to a B level fighter. Lee has alot of untapped potential.

 

he said the that paul mccloskey would beat khan, so i wouldn't really look into what he says, he's just there to favor a fellow country man, but saying this. I think Lee beats chavez convincingly and then proceeds to get robbed by the judging.

 

Lee isn't very prone to getting into wars. This is a misconception held mostly by Americans who have seen three of his fights. Two out of his twenty eight fights have ended in a brawl.

He may get dragged into a war against Chavez, who knows. I think he'll win about 8 out of 12 rounds and will be robbed. It's a difficult fight to predict though. We don't know what Andy Lee will turn up.
