Should Floyd fight Martinez at 154 for 80%?

I don't think it's just all about money for Martinez. Apparently he has made more money away from boxing than he has in boxing and I'm sure he gets around 1mill a fight.

It would sell, yes. Wouldn't do 1.5 million. Floyd wouldn't make as much as he made with Cotto either. Probably do 1.2 at best. Floyd would get $40,000,000 like he got with Mosley. He would have a higher guarantee than he did for Mosley ($22,500,000) but would do less revenue profit than the Mosley fight ($17,500,000).

 

If Floyd wants to make a shitload of money yes!

If Floyd wants to elevate his ATG status then YES!

If Floyd does it at 160 that would be something special and almost assure him a top ten ATG status...
