Okay guys, it seems that I've found the only video on the GAMBOA-LUQUE FIGHT so far and you wouldn't believe it where. There's a video here on ESB and also on SHO where you can watch both Vazquez-Marquez fights legally, and after the 2nd one, when SHO's own Steve Albert and Al Bernstein are analyzing the 3rd one, Gamboa fighting Luque in the background. :patsch :patsch :patsch

Please use the following links (the official site has a FullScreen option) and scroll exactly to 1:00:00 and there you'll have it... Bizarre but it's the only video on the Luque fight so far...

I wrote this in another post:

The way he won was not so smart imo. Why? You ask? This was supposed to be his first 8 rounder. He could'ved tested/see his stamina..
Soon he will be fighting for a world title 12 rounds and never fought past 5 rounds. That can turnout to be a big problem if someone takes him past, let's say, 8 rounds.

He still hasn't learned to box patiently and make some (more) rounds.
    :fire
I am sorry, but he, his team and management don't seem to make wise moves here.
He really is a bit overconfident I think.

I just want the best for him, that's all:D

    Any thoughts?

Advise: he should KO everybody set in front of him in under 6 rounds...

Well as I've said a yesterday even if he's fighting ranked guys with no stoppage losses on their record Gamboa's just keep knocking'em out... What can you do?

But I agree, he needs an experience like Khan got, and St. Clair world be an excellent choice because of his almost perfect defense, stamina and ability to take the punches...

Yes, you see the way he fights/bangs is possible for 3/4 rounds (after that you can see him slowing down (which is normal)). So from rounds 4/5 to round(s) 5-7 he might win rounds on clean scoring, even though less active.
Now from round 7 and on I see him tire and tire more.. with his hands hands still down....

Maybe I am exaggerating and being a bit pessimistic, but I am realistic as well because this has happened to top-prospects before.

A shocking loss can be in the making here.

Super-feather is defently one of the best divisons out there(better than lightweight) it has 3 legit top 10 p4p fighters guzman(very underated), pac, jmm and 2 tough contenders valero and now gamboa. I hope they start fighting each other.

Anybody know what Gamboa's weight was last night? He looked like he weighed a good 10-15lbs over Edwards' weight.

I would love to see Gamboa fight Valero later this year. He'd beat him too.

Gamboa weighd in 2 lbs under Edwards on Thursday so I don't think he actually out-weighed him on Friday and not by such a wide margin - maybe his build might you believe he out-weighed him...

Gamboa would stop Valero in the first round easily. He has no defense, a shaky chin, and he panics when someone attacks him. Unfortunately, I doubt Valero would ever fight a Guzman or Gamboa. He's constantly beating up on bums hoping to get a payday against Pac in the future.

I am a Gamboa believer. I have only seen two of his fights and he IS going to be a superstar. The guy is ridiculously gifted. If people can't see it then they are blind
