    Round 8 starts at about 12:00 into the video. You really see what great defense Vitali has. His reflexes are SHARP, and I haven't really even seen a big man react to punches with such speed. Vitali's hand speed is also quite good in this fight, and Sanders shows off what a devastating counter left he has. Good classic HW scrap.

    Sanders came in so fat I was gutted, I know he never was the best trainer, but that fight was sad overall, you knew by mid rounds he would be ****ed unless he got vits out early due to him not bothering to train

    If Sanders had had A level conditioning to go with his natural ability he could have upped the pressure on Vitali another notch or two and who knows if he'd have coped, but Sanders still made this a classic fight.
